Posture Check is an app to help you develop healthy posture habits. We aim to fix bad habits caused by how we naturally tilt our heads in harmful positions to see our phone screens or how sitting in your computer for long periods of time. This app is for those who cannot find the time to remind themselves about how important having good posture habits is to your muscles, stress management and overall health.

A few things you will find on Posture Check...

* Receive posture reminder notifications!
- We use reminders to notify you when you should take some time to stretch for a couple of minutes, you can set the notification timers to the time that better fits your schedule.

* Track your progress
- Unlock achievements by progressing through the stretching exercises and further unlock more advance exercises!
- View how many exercises you have done in the past week to help you stay on track on your habit.

* Contribute to “Tech-Neck” study
- Optionally answer questionnaires to help Doctoral students with their research on tech neck syndrome related usage.
